Isla's got mad skills 2
There's a bee hanging from a little velcro tab above Isla's bouncy chair. She just noticed it a few weeks ago and has mastered grabbing it.

Yummy!
Isla really loves her solid foods. So far she's had: carrots, apples, peaches, chicken, avocado, bananas, rice cereal, zucchini, green beans, sweet potatoes and pumpkin.

Isla & Oscar
Oscar is exactly 3 months older than Isla. She has just started to really interact with him, which mostly involves her pulling on his fur. Oscar is amazingly patient with her for a puppy and doesn't even seem to notice she's doing anything.

Yummy Carrots!
Isla got to try her first solid foods this weekend! I made some pureed organic carrots from our CSA. Isla got really messy! Since the carrots, we've also tried some pureed apples. In just two days Isla has vastly improved her eating skills and last night ate both apples and carrots right down with no mess.

School fundraisers already??

Yes, the school fundraisers have already started for us. Isla's daycare is holding a Yankee Candle fundraiser. If anyone is interested, you can check out the catalog online and email me with your order.

Colin is moving to San Diego!
So we hung out with Colin and M-J last weekend. We went to the Inner Harbor and rode in the paddles boats (Isla wasn't allowed). I mostly forgot to take pictures, but here are a couple.
